Lasts about a year. Don't recommend.
We purchased a Hisense 58" TV in June 2024. In Sept 2025 (15 months later), the tv would turn on (you could hear sound) but the screen remained completely black. This tv was in a guest area and barely used for 6 of those 15 months. When I contacted Hisense customer service, they said it was out of warranty and they couldn't help us. I explained the TV wasn't showing a picture and only out of warranty by 3 months. One would think they'd be concerned about their product. They didn't care. So- if you don't mind changing TVs every year or so- then this is the brand for you. Otherwise- we don't recommend. Bad quality. Read more
HiNonsense
We "upgraded" from a smaller TV to this one and I'm glad I have the older 1 in storage come back. Never had ANY of the problems we've had with this. Dropped next work. Apps that have no sound. Apps that freeze. 2 other smart TVs in the house that don't have these problems either but they're not Hisense Nonsense. Will go back to the old 1 until while we roll quarters for a better upgrade.
