Hoerev Men Casual Beach Trousers Linen Summer Pants

I am 6"2, weigh 225 pounds, and have a 34" waist and am very muscular, with muscular legs. These are the best fitting pants I own! The length is spectacular! They lay on top of my casual shoes and elegant sandals. They have terrific length! I am going to be having them dry cleaned, though they can be hand washed and hung dry, and ironed. I don't want to put the time and effort into this. I already have shirts that are dry cleaned, so I will add these to the mix. I bought 2 pair, brown and white, in order to test them out. I am now purchasing Black, Green, Navy Blue, and Dark Grey. The brown and white look terrific, with the colors natural, appearing as they should, and my wife really loves them as well, which is the most important test :) I purchased the large and I couldn't be more pleased with the fit! They don't ride up, when bending over, or sitting. They lay so nice on my hips, butt, and thighs, and are so cool and breezy, when it is warm. The look is very casual, but with a nice shirt will also pass as elegant for a nice night out! They are very well made, and the draw string is very functional. For reference I am a women 5’3 and 135 lbs and ordered a small. I have slim legs and these pants fit me like a straight cut. They aren’t overly baggy but might be tight for a guy with thicker thighs. These pants are very breathable. I bought them to wear in my warehouse job which gets very hot. The length is long but cuffing them doesn’t look bad. I had to cuff them twice. I saw people complaining about how long the crotch is but that’s because these are not low rise pants. If you want low rise pants that are below the waist these aren’t for you. The crotch will hang too low if you wear them below the waist. I love high rise pants and it’s all I wear because it keeps my shirt tucked in and puts no pressure on my lower stomach. These pants are meant to be worn at the belly button. I have not washed them yet so I can’t comment on how much they shrink but I will be handing washing these always because of the material. There is no zipper but it has a very long drawstring. Too long for me which I think I will cut. There is two side pockets and one large back pocket enough to fit a wallet. Read more

These are my second pair, I’ve had one for a couple of years. It seems like they went with a slightly heavier fabric now. Super comfortable. Drawstring is very visible unless you wear a shirt that hangs over. Very good quality. Loose, good for yoga or other activities. Linen in the blend means it doesn’t feel sweaty and you can wear them the next day without the damp feeling of cotton! My first pair, I can wear for days and it still feels fine, even after sweating in them! I love Linen. This is a blend that is partly linen. Durable pants! Look good for loose fit pants. Read more

These pants really surprised me. I wasn't expecting much cause 'linen' usually means really thin fabric that crushes real easy. I like fabric that breathes so took a chance with these pants. They fit well, but, like several other reviews have noted, they are a touch narrow around the thighs and crotch. I found that I can crouch and walk comfortably enough so decided to keep them. I can't give these 4-5 stars cause calling them linen pants is misleading. They're viscose pants. They're 31% linen and 45% viscose, so I doubt they will breathe as much as linen pants will. Secondly, they have very complicated care instructions; hand wash, don't iron directly, etc. that defeats the purpose of casual beach pants. My boyfriend usually wears 34/32, and both L & XL fit him just the way he wanted them to fit. He wears Large when he is outside, and changes into XL when he gets home for more relaxed fit. The length is just right. We got these in three different colors: Green, DarkGrey, and Beige, and all colors were a very close match to what they are on Amazon pictures. The fabric is breathable, very comfortable, looks and feels a lot like linen (but it's a very nice mix). It doesn't wrinkle as some linen does. I've washed these pants a couple of times in a laundry machine, using a mesh bag, cold water, and gentle biodegradable detergent. First off, these pants are exactly what I'd envisioned. Very light but seem to be well built. Seams seem good, no holes, I think they'll be as durable as you can expect a super light pair of dungarees to be. Sizing just for context: I'm 6'4", about 220. I have a 35 inch inseam--can get by with 34--and 39 inch waist, I can usually use either 38 or 40 in normal men's sizes since there's no 39. I bought the 2X and they fit almost perfectly, maybe just a smidge loose around the waist and hips but not bad at all, and I'd say about a 34 inch inseam. They're fine although I could use them another inch longer, but they don't look like flood pants, just brush the top of my shoes enough to create a gentle break in the pant let above the shoe. However, I'm concerned about shrinkage when they're washed. What I'm going to do is buy a pair of 3X, wash and dry them, and see what the end result is and I'll post those results. But what I'd say is out of the package these have about a 40 inch waist and 34 inch inseam. Read more

I really do enjoy these pants. Good for buisness casual, school, and social events. The built-in belt is surprisingly good and comfortable. I would describe them as loose around the waist/crotch, but lead to a tapered bottom that fits around your ankle comfortably. Read more
