I have always cleaned the dryer lint screen after every load and occasionally I clean out the outside vent as far as I can reach, but I never knew there were devices designed for vacuuming inside. I was worried that my dryer wouldn't dry well after I cleaned it out. It was simple. First I took the lint brush got out most of the lint then took the long blue hose attach it to my vacuum cleaner hose and cleaned out the rest of the lint. A lot came out.
