These are very cute bottoms. I am a true size large according to the size guide. They do fit, however, I do not like to have any bulging on the tops of my legs and these do cause some bulging. The elastic is snug which is great if you plan on riding water slides or wave surfing. I would have preferred an XL. If you don't want a tight fit on your legs and are a little curvier, I would size up. The rise is great coming just above my belly button. The hot pink is bright and fun! I'm 5'4" 150-155. Why did you pick this product vs others?: So comfortable and fit well! I wanted a higher cut bottom. All the high waisted ones are usually cut with more coverage than I prefer. They are super flattering on my hips and lower stomach. I ordered up a size because I didn’t want to risk it being too tight on my thighs, so I would recommend that if you don’t want them to fit too snug. Read more
