Amazon froze my account without warning because they thought this was a fraudulent purchase

I can’t give the gift card itself less than 5 stars but the process should get one star. I had to go through the trouble of submitting documentation to prove that my account was my own. Pretty bad when you click “purchase” and your account is immediately frozen. I get protecting account holders from fraudulent purchases but I received no verification phone call or verification email, just an immediate lock. Read more
