Gotta say I thought I'd bitten off more than I could chew :-) with this size being the large; however, I was wrong. Pics and measurements make it look more intimidating than it is. If you have any experience with backdoor items (as I do) large and small, you can manage this. Lube is the absolute key here. Can't stress that enough. I found out the hard way ( and I do mean hard) you need to be lubed both inside and and out plus the plug needs a good amount as well. Ended buying a lube injector and then used that first then lubed up the plug and finally success. I felt like it stayed in while I was showering and using the shower wand as the enema. The opening is nice and big and you do stay wide while you clean. That's my main use for this. Shower and cleaning only. Pros: -Once it's in, it's in, for me anyway. -Wide opening which allows for easy cleaning, either with a shower wand or by using an enema bulb with a longer nozzle. - Fairly comfortable even for it's size. - Silicone smooth feel and easy cleaning. Washed it with mild soap in the shower and there was no smell or anything. - Allows for good flushing due to the opening. Cons: - You better come armed with a good lube and even an injector/applicator to get it in there. - The open insertion end can scrape if your not careful ( Sadly I found this out) - Making sure it's in all the way is also key.
