I didn't realize I was buying an 8Cup rice cooker, because I was shocked at how much larger this one was compared to my previous model. I LOVE the look; it matches my kitchen much more than my white one but watch out for that size. haha It's just two people in this house and as much as we love rice being a Hispanic/Hawaiian household... LOL this is bigger than we needed. I appreciate it and think it's worth keeping, though. Just able to make a ton of rice if we have guests over, now or to make leftovers/freeze, I guess. Beautiful machine. 10/10! Read more

Good Rice Cooker but Watch the Heat
The rice cooker is nice and works well for cooking rice and other grains. I like that it’s easy to use and has a keep-warm function. The size is good, and it cooks evenly. However, there’s an important drawback: if you leave it plugged in after cooking, it tends to burn the rice at the bottom. You have to watch it carefully and unplug it on time. Because of this, I’m giving it three stars. Overall, it works well if used carefully. Read more

Product stopped working after only 6 weeks
My rice cooker stopped working less than six weeks after I purchased it. I had used it maybe five times. It is under warranty through the manufacturer. I have gone through all of their steps. They’ve agreed to replace it. They don’t have it in stock so they offered a substitution which I agreed to. A week later I followed up asking when I should expect the replacement and was told the logistics of sending it out take a bit and I’d receive tracking information soon. A week after that I emailed again asking about replacement timeline and received no response to my email and it’s been another 5 days. I have been dealing with attempting to get a warranty replacement for almost five weeks. Read more
