Next time brand over bargain
Installation was easy and convenient but the power of the unit is questionable. In a 15x15 room at 65 degrees and still not comfortable at the four fan setting (cool mode has three blade and four blade setting). My advice drop the extra $50-$100 for a name brand model Read more

Easy to setup, easy to use
I moved to the Pacific Northwest a few years ago and less than half the homes and apartments up here have air conditioning. After suffering through a record-setting heat wave without AC, I picked up this unit for my bedroom and it's been life-changing on hot nights, allowing my to get the bedroom down to a comfortable sleeping temp. It is a little energy inefficient and runs a lot, but if you need to cool a bedroom to get a good night's sleep in the summer, it's a perfect choice and comes with everything you need to get it up and running. One note with this unit, you need to have a window in the room to attach the vent hose (which pumps the hot motor air outside). Definitely happy with this purchase. Read more
