Loved the glasses. However, shipping did not hold up. I bought two sets. On set large glasses were broken-bits of shattered glass leaked through the box and I had to clean up. The seller quickly returned new glasses and they too included broken glasses. I would suggest that the seller revisit the way they ship this product. The glasses were double boxed with some large bubble wrap. Needs much better packaging. Those bits of glass hit the floor and animals could be harmed. The glass is very thick and quite sturdy. I believe it would be difficult to break unless you're me, I can break anything. The packaging was superb. I bought them because they are glass (I hate drinking out of plastic) and came in three different sizes, 6 per size. I have severe arthritis in my right thumb and of course, I'm right hand dominant. During an active flair up of my arthritis I have found that I cannot use the 16 oz size because it is too heavy. Hopefully that gives you a better idea of how thick and sturdy they are. They clean up quite nicely which is saying a lot since the city adds so many chemicals to the water supply to clean it, it's not unusual for glass items to need a CLR treatment more often than the recommended schedule. Seeing all the reviews I ordered two sets just in case it comes broken. One of them came perfectly fine, the other one looked like it was opened before and 3 cups were shuttered. Maybe they send whatever was returned which is not cool. I requested a refund for the broken set but the store is actually sending me a new set. The quality is good.
