Beautiful chair - a bit difficult to get the actual chair part put together.
Beautiful chair. Putting it together was easy except for putting the back of the chair on - the holes didn't line up well so it took more time than necessary to get the back on. Luckily I was able to get it on and it looks beautiful in my daughter's room. The color and feel is beautiful. I wouldn't recommend this for an actual office setting as the chair is a bit small but great for a pre-teen/teen room. Good value as well. Read more
Defective Design - Seller Unresponsive
I don’t understand how this chair has positive reviews. Unfortunately , I’m very disappointed with this chair. The armrests do not align properly because there are extra holes where the arms attach, which makes installation uneven and unstable. This appears to be a manufacturing defect, not an assembly issue. The overall quality is much lower than expected. The materials feel flimsy, and once assembled, the chair does not feel sturdy or well-made. I contacted the seller multiple times to address the issue and provide a solution, but received no resolution, which was extremely frustrating. Based on the defects and lack of customer support, I would not recommend this chair. Also, it’s through a third party, and Amazon is unable to assist. Read more

Ok so I love this chair but boy was it a pain in the butt to put together!! The back of the chair is supposed to align with the bottom plate and it took FOREVER to align it correctly. This requires someone manly or has strength to hold everything together. Besides that hassle it works great! Read more
