This is an awesome and powerful shredder. I did not expect it to shred so well but it does. I had an older expensive one that broke on me and needed a new one quick and so I make a quick purchase and am happy with my purchase. This is a great little shredder. I also like that the card shredder is separated from the paper shredder. I constantly had issues in my last shredder of cards getting jammed and the paper shredder wouldn’t work so it’s great they are separate now. Read more

Junk, barely shreds a few pages without jamming up. And once it jams, what a joy trying to pull the strips of paper out. Credit cards, I had a bunch to get rid of, some paper some plastic. It cut a couple edges off each one, the majority of card fell into bin. I had to re-cut them several times to get them even, say half cut up. The only thing that seems to work correctly are the switches that power on the unit, and the plastic bottom that holds whatever falls into it. I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone who has more than a few sheets of paper to process. Cheaper to tear them up by hand, with a better final result. I’ve included a photo showing quality, or lack of for card destruction. Waste of money, quiet enough considering it doesn’t do much of any shredding. Very disappointed. Perhaps the worst electronic item I’ve ever purchased.. One star rating is because they don’t offer a half star. Read more

It didn’t shred as many pages at a time as described without an issue. I never used it near any heat. It seemed like it made an average amount of noise. It jammed up and wasn’t easy to clear. I used it approximately 5 times and it stopped working. Wouldn’t recommend. Read more
