This is a great set for beginners like me! I love that it comes with 2 pages of exercises to help you get accustomed to using all the different pieces so you don't get overwhelmed. The set over all seems to be good quality I did not have any concerns about any of the pieces not lasting when I was unboxing the set and so far I feel like my overall strength and mobility has improved since I started using this. I did have a but of a hard time inflating the ball and ended up overinflating it to account for the air loss when closing it off in order to get the right firmness. Other than that, no issues at all! The set is effective and works well. All the pieces are rounded off/smooth so I did not experience any pain or discomfort and everything fits in the drawstring bag except for the hoop. Works well! one of my bestest friends that goes back to high school with me, has been saying almost every day tell me how she wants to get back into doing pilates and that she felt so much better. Her mental health was better. she liked her body more. I saw this awesome kit for pilates and of course had to get it. if the trees are female, there is a chance they dont remember us. I checked out everything they had in the office room, outside the unit, etc. I got this yesterday and I cannot wait to see her all geared up with the things and doing her pilates. She keeps lumping me in with those actions and I am not sure where she all of a sudden thinks I am a pilates guy. I looked at all the things this comes with and I didn't think it would be so easy to open and close. I think this kit is a great price point for your active friends and family. It doesn't even have to be pilates for someone to be able to utilize all the different things this comes with. So it's a versatile kit with things you can use for different exercises. most feel like they are good people just bc hate speech doesnt come out of their mouth. Are you truly an ally if youre complacent with letting others say such horrible untrue statements? I was very pleasantly surprised by this pilates set. I have never taken a pilates class, so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I found that I was familiar with most of the items included with the set, so I felt less overwhelmed at trying something new. The set is very comprehensive, including everything needed for a full-body workout. I was happy to see the instruction card, which provided very clear guidance on how to use the equipment, so there was not a whole lot of thought involved in figuring it out. All of the pieces included have proven to be sturdy and well-made. They seem similar in quality to items I might have purchased individually, which impressed me. Often times, items combined in a kit are lower quality, but I did not find that to be the case with this set. There are plenty of exercise options listed on the instruction card I can foresee this set lasting quite long. The aesthetics of the all-pink set is fun, also. For around $32 for such a comprehensive set, it is definitely a good value for anyone starting out with at-home pilates. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I got this Pilates set in pink. Love the bubblegum color. It makes me happy just looking at it. I am giving it 4 stars because it is a solid set, but could be a bit better. It came in a large cardboard box. Each item is in a plastic bag. I haven’t had time to use everything, but everything in the description is in there. Bonus there are detailed instructions which I need because I haven’t used some of the pieces before. The exercise equipment itself, like the rings and straps are decent quality and serve their purposes well. But I have a couple fo issues with the bag and the ball. The bag is standard drawstring backpack, made out of the crunchy nylon. It will hold up for a while but isn’t anything special. Everything fits in the bag, IF you put the big ring in first and don’t inflate the ball. On the topic of the ball, I’m not sure how much I’m supposed to inflate it but I could only get it to a pretty squishy level of inflation. It has a hard plastic plug to keep air from escaping and a straw to inflate the ball. You have to pull the plug out, insert the straw, blow it up, pull the straw out and quickly get the plug back in. I’m not sure why they didn’t just put one of the little pop out plugs with the built in valve like most inflatable balls have. That would have been so much easier. The material of the ball is a bit stretchy and sticky, which will be good for using it. So now that its inflated it will be useful, but I’m definitely not deflating it and reinflating it each time I need to use it. So it wont fit in the bag with everything else, which makes me a bit sad. Read more
