This is a huge upgrade from my older Wyze camera. I mostly use these cameras to monitor pets when we're away. With motion detection, I have used them to keep an eye on dumpsters and to get visual verification on where rodents were getting into my garage. This camera is the best I've ever used for all these tasks. The biggest reason is the built-in battery. Having to drag an extension cord to the far corners of the attic, where I suspect mice are getting in, was a pain. This camera will go wherever you want, no wall wart needed. I left this camera pointed at a moderate traffic spot (around 20-30 motion detections a day), wondering if I'd get 24 hours of surveillance on a single charge. Six days later, the camera was still keeping watch, and the battery indicator had just dipped down a notch. I am very happy with the battery life. The build quality is good, the camera quality is fantastic (even at night), and the software is easy to use. The setup was really easy. The app walks you through each step. You are prompted at every opportunity to upgrade to a paid account, but there are still tons of things you can do for free. I haven't needed to upgrade yet. I ordered this palm-sized camera last month to keep an eye on my dogs, and it’s been so handy and helpful. I lost the manual, and the QR code didn’t point me to the right app, so finding it was tricky. For anyone else looking, the app you need is O-KAM Pro. Setup was okay overall, the camera wouldn’t scan the app’s QR code during setup, but adding it manually worked fine. Once connected, the app walks you through everything, though you will need to grant a few permissions to unlock all the features (pretty standard for any camera app). Once set up, this little camera impressed me: Great image quality, supports SD, HD, and Super HD, and all looked sharp. Magnetic base, attach it to any metal surface or use the stand. Feature-packed app, motion detection, activity zones, night vision, alarms, push notifications, and more. Storage options, cloud is available, but you can stick with a microSD card to avoid subscription fees. Still testing battery life and how quickly it wakes from standby, but so far, this is a solid little camera with excellent image quality and a ton of features for the price. Read more

Pleasantly surprised with this camera! Very small. Easy to hide. And also portable. Charges by USB. Was conceded about battery life but it goes into sleep mode when not in use. Has a lot of features including an intercom, flipping the orientation of the camera, siren, remote shut off, night vision and changing image quality. Image is very clear even in low light. Used it outside to watch for my cat to come to the door and worked perfectly. Read more
