Gets the job done but keep your eyes on the depth dial
I like this product and only have one issue. The rotating dial that adjusts depth turns too easily. It's location is where i naturally seem to hold the device. So several times where it is set when I start and where it is set when I look again are not the same. But other than wishing that the dial took a more deliberate action to turn, I find the device to be as adequate as I would expect. I would probably purchase a different device with a better dial setup if I had to replace but I have no other complaint as far as functionality Read more
Great for beginners and more experienced users.
Easy to use. Love that you can choose different depths and that it comes with variety of pin sizes to perform both cosmetic and medical microneedling. Definitely would use numbing cream when setting pen on deeper settings. Read more
DO NOT APPLY IT TO THE MAN AS FOLLOW
Very funny broken english manual which basically tells you nothing. I haven't used it yet because of that, I'll just need to research general guidelines basics. The box is overflowing with needle replacements, idk if they expect you to replace it everytime or what. I'm not stabbing my face a thousand times and risking an infection without good info. I'll come back and review it after a ton of googling. Read more
