If you've been trying to decide if these mugs are worth trying, I understand 100%. I'd had them in my cart, then saved for later - back & forth - for over a month before I finally bought them. They arrived a few days ago & I'm so glad that I finally decided the pop of color was worth a few dollars more than many plain white sets available. :) I bought the 36 pack & they're truly worth every penny! :) They arrived quickly & were very well packaged so all arrived safely too - 100% intact. :) They look & feel really well made. The white is a bright, pure white, & the colors are bright & saturated. Honestly, they're pretty enough to give as gifts straight out of the box, but I ordered them to create custom designs for a craft show & they didn't disappoint. :) If you choose to add vinyl or do sublimation, they take both very well &, to me, the colorful handle & interior just take the design to the next level. :) Plus, you CANNOT beat the seller's customer service! :) I had a small issue so I emailed them via Amazon; fully expecting it to take a few days to hear back. I was, & still am, amazed at how quickly they responded - & that THEY actually responded! NOT the far too common automated, generic response many sellers provide these days. The one that makes you repeat the issue, then makes you continue to repeat it every way possible in a series of emails that make you wonder if you've lost your mind & are writing in a language only you can read. The ones that count on you getting so frustrated & sick of wasting your time that you just give up. :( Yeah, this reply wasn't even close to that horrific ordeal I think we've all experienced at some point. In fact, the seller's first email arrived within an hour of my initial inquiry. It was a very professional yet friendly response that made it clear they'd actually read my concerns, care about their customers, & offered a perfect resolution... A resolution in the 1st reply?! AND they followed through quickly exactly as promised! :) I honestly can't say enough good things about these beautiful mugs or the wonderful people selling them! These will definitely be the only mugs I'll buy from now on. :) Soooo, if you're doing the cart/save for later/cart/save for later... never-ending circle of indecision too - just try them! :) They're great mugs & even better than that, they're great mugs backed by a great seller. :) Read more

First things first....When you first see these they are black over white sublimation. That is why they are so dark. HOWEVER, when you put something over the white, it will peek through a bit. I understood this going in because even the magic mug I got from a Theme Park you could see the design if you looked hard enough. Now, I think the product is great. I've not had any issues so far. I have shared my mug that I did recently in the attached photos. Hand wash it and it should be fine. I say handwash because I ran one through a dishwasher (the one I got from the theme park) and it scratched and the picture was scratched as well (not just the black portion). If you are making these for people just make sure to include the handwash only tag. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have NOT been compensated for my review. PROS The mug sublimated well for me. The mug doesn’t feel cheap. They’re individually boxed. (Love it!) Shipped faster than I expected CONS Expensive for what you’re getting. The special coating scratches super DOOOOOOOPER EASILY. You can still see the image faintly when the mug is cold. Pending thoughts.. I’m going wash with soapy water and in the dishwasher and I’ll update after. Wait to remove sublimation image until mug has cooled. Read more

The mugs sublimate on nicely, but the blue is so very transparent over images and for some reason heat resistant tape leaves a shadow on the blue surface of the mug after pressing. Weird. >>>>>>Reason I gave a 3 star is because almost ALL of the mugs had scratches and scrapes on them. Literally almost all of them it was pretty disappointing. Read more
