Defines and smooths waist
The media could not be loaded. The waist trimmer does tighten up your core and waist very nicely. I did have difficulty getting it on since there is no opening or clasp hooks. You need to work it onto your waist. I decided to put out on from my legs up. Once it was on, it was comfortable and felt it defined and smoothed my waist and midsection. When I removed it I must've pulled or pressed on it too hard that the supports bent. This would be great for wearing to an event but for daily use it may be cumbersome to put on and take off.
