HONBAY Modular Sectional Sleeper Sofa with Pull Out Bed Linen Convertible L Shaped Couch with Storage Seat Sectional

Purchased this for a bonus room/Teen room. The delivery was to wrong house, but we were able to get it and most of the boxes were reasonably light. Assembly was okay, pictures weren't easy to understand, but as long as you can reason how to put everything together, it will be fine. Quality is better than most of the sofas we saw in the furniture stores for the same size, at least until you get to the $2000 price point. All seats except the corner feel solid and firm, but not so firm that it isn't uncomfortable. The corner was a bit more "mushy", but we'll add a board under the cushions. Pros are that the covers can be zipped off to clean and they are held in place with velcro. Sleeper portion seems solid too as the storage area is nice, just not as deep as I expected, but not a big deal. It looks like some connectors were added to an updated design and it makes the corner solid with little give for the back. We ordered the blue/gray and it seem along the color blue that you would find in bluejeans...nice but with enough gray to not look solid blue. It's don't know how well liquids would bead up on it, but I often buy "Neverwet" or similar at Lowes and spray new material to keep it from absorbing liquid - just make sure you have plenty of ventilation if you go that way. With this having removable covers, it might not be a big deal. I suspect if the cushions loose it loft, I can add or replace the inners to rejuvenate the couch. So far, it is an impressive purchase. If you are a young adult and need a decent starter couch, look no further, same if you need a smaller piece for a tight room. Now I wouldn't be letting kids jump all over it, but it might be able to tolerate some bouncing from a 1-2 year old. Read more

I never purchased furniture online and had limited time and space to deal with. After going to a few stores and searching online I found just what I needed with the Honbay sectional sleeper. Although I still need to get some mileage out of it to know for sure, it seems durable, looks beautiful, and is very functional! It fits my space perfectly and I am extremely happy with it. The retail stores would have needed 2-3 months for processing and delivery. I had my sofa within a couple of days and put it together myself. I can see, however, that having 2 people to connect the sections may be more appropriate for some. This seller, Natural Zone, was quick to respond to my messages and professionally took care of minor issues. I think that it is important for buyers to know that the customer service is truly awesome! I would definitely do business with this seller in the future. I got the beige unit...the color and fabric are beautiful. With all the storage space and the pull-out sleeper section this couch is very functional and hopefully will last a long time. The cushions are very comfortable and may be a tad on the firm side for some, but my understanding is that this will soften with some usage. Everyone certainly has his/her own preference. Hubby and I moved into a new space and we have a toddler so we were looking. I searched everywhere and looked in every furniture store. Found nothing I liked and finally came back to Amazon. I came Honbay's page and immediately checked the comments. This specific sectional had great reviews and I went with my gut and purchased it...and few day later the seller reached and said we'd receive 5 boxes. We decided on the ward gray and it looks great! All the boxes were delivered on time delivered to my front door! Will say i thought it would be a nightmare to put together but instructions are pretty clear. While it may not be the softest, it is definitely functional and comfortable enough for the price. After having a custom order from one of the "big furniture manufacturers", cancelled and rescheduled 3 times, we decided to look online. It'[s difficult to buy furniture online without seeing it, sitting on it, etc, but the reviews helped make the decision. The seller was very communicative during the shipping process and the items were delivered in 5 - 6 large boxes. VERY easy assembly. I pretty amazed by what they are able to accomplish in their packaging and shipping. It took longer to unbox than to assemble. The sofa looks great in our front room and will definitely become a welcome addition to our entertainment space in the future. The convertible ottoman / sleeper, and storage unit are a well thought out design. I would recommend purchasing this as it seems like it should last based on the construction. Read more

I ordered this couch about 3 months ago and it is already falling apart. The cushions seams are coming apart, the padding in the back rest are not nearly enough for the frame, the pull out part leaves a huge gap between it and the couch so you cannot use it as a pullout couch. The pilling is immediate and excessive which makes the couch look dirty. Overall it’s uncomfortable and shouldn’t be worth more than $300. Pretty disappointed that we have to buy another couch so soon. Read more

Looks beautiful and I loved the color, seems very sturdy and built to last, the pull-out comes out and goes back easily, but it’s uncomfortable due to the framing for the pull out. The center section is built up slightly higher than the rest making it uneven and you can feel the framing through the cushions. My husband decided not to fight with trying to return it so I sit on my recliner and the dogs mainly use it. The sides are relatively comfortable but the center two are not and laying on it like a bed would require a thick mattress pad to be comfortable. Read more
