I have been searching for a couch. I was so worried I was going to get ripped off. I have been searching for at least a year. I would settle and change my mind. Finally I decided to just try it. It was supposed to com in 5 to 7 days. It came 2 days later. It slid together and assembled easily. There are storage spots everywhere. It is so comfortable and fits perfectly. So glad I bought this. This couch is NOT one of those couches that suck you in and you can’t get up out of it. It’s comfortable and has good cushion to it without sinking into it. Also has great compartments to store blankets or anything you want, with a pull-out that converts it into a nice size bed. We purchased the dark gray wich is perfect for our living environment. One of the packages delivered had damage and broke a frame. I contacted customer service and provided pictures of the boxes and the damage to the sofa. This is a good couch. The storage is awesome, super easy to pull out the middle section which basically makes it a sleeper sofa! It is comfortable and firm. It was easy to put together. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that this one cushion is driving me nuts! The upholstery is flawed on this one cushion hahaha Read more

The color is great, its comfortable, but......the part that pulls out into the sleeper is broken, doesn't close and the cushion on top of it is completely sunken in. The rest of the sectional is fine, just the main reason I purchased it, the pull out part is already unusable! We set this up in May and haven't been able to use the middle pull out part since August. Save your money. Read more
I love the look of this couch, the stow away bed area and all the storage but ive had it for a little less than a year and the wood inside it is falling apart. the side arms went almost immediately and they were great in replacing them but now everything else in the larger pieces are starting to go. Its still pretty comfortable, it just makes a lot of cracking noises which I imagine will eventually give out. Read more
