But, if you need it for function and use for your closet or small space, it is! It’s kinda rickety, but for $20 it functions absolutely perfectly. I love the price and I love exactly what it’s meant for. I used it for my long maxi dresses that don’t fit in my other closets, and I’ll be using it for organizing for the packing of my big trips. This thing is junk. I bought it to hold a couple of bags of dresses for a storage unit. It began leaning before we've even moved the items to the storage unit. I've been using this nonstop since 2020, it's 2024, this thing has held up nearly 100lbs of clothes and various crap I've thrown on it. It does lean, it'll bend a little. But it's never fallen over, never collapsed. This thing was supposed to be temporary and it's been my main "closet" for years. Can't recommend enough. After reading some of the reviews on here, I was really hesitant to purchase this garment rack. It's really cheap, after all. However, upon putting it together, it was much more sturdy than I had expected. I use it to hang my line-dry clothes, and it's not wobbly at all. I don't use the wheels because I don't move the stand - maybe that makes it sturdy? Anyway, I think it's exceptional given how cheap it is. And, it was relatively easy to put together. Super easy to assemble!! I had it up and ready for clothes in less time than it took to unpack. Two words of warning though; 1 to get the rack to stay extended you have to have incredible hand strength, and 2 the cap pieces are fragile and can't take the strain if a laden rack is shaken. I have reasonable hand strength and really struggle to close the clamp-style closure on the adjustable part of the rack. I'll be looking for another rack with the push button hight adjustment, less flexibility in height adjustment is worth the safety of not having one side give way suddenly potentially breaking the cap pieces, or having the whole rack collapse in on itself unexpectedly dumping all the clothes and their hangers on my face while I'm sleeping. Two, the stress of these repeated problems really compromised the integrity of the top junction caps increasingly adding to the rate of the items failure to be a closet replacement. I bought a better piece for a lesser price that I have had longer with 1/10th problems at BiMart, so I'll probably be going back there to replace this one. Read more

This little guy is highly under rated and for the price a total bargain! To start I purchased this to organize my closet and for Laundry. The picture above shows how much clothes I actually put in it at one given time. I also include a picture with very rough measurements. The key to stability with this rack is to make sure that all parts are in very tight. I used the floor and a wood mallet. Assembly is faster than disposing of its packaging i.e. SUPER EASY. Get this for basic needs and to hold your loose items, choosing outfits, organizing and Laundry. This is not an industrial z-rack like you would use at a clothing store. It is not a substitute for your closet and if you intend on packing it in there, then spend the extra money for a heavy duty rack. Otherwise, in a small space and for what I described this little guy gets 5 stars. Read more
