Seem to Work Well
I bought these to accompany engraved acrylics I made as christmas gifts. I used 2mm acrylic and they were lose in the base, I added a piece of plastic to the bottom of my acrylics so they would sit in this base better (just in case you are considering buying for the same reason I did, note, your 2mm acrylic will fit loosely). Added so much to my ornament!
I created my first engraved acrylic ornament with my Cricut Maker for a "First Christmas Together" ornament for my niece. The fine lines were hard to see, so I bought these in the hopes of making it easier to read. I watched my niece open it with delight, knowing that something cool was coming when she got to the remote. When she installed the ornament (after an awful moment till she realize she hadn't removed the battery saving strip), it displayed magnificently!
