For the past 30 years I have used traditional hookah bowls and porcelain/ceramic hookah bowls. I have used traditional aluminum foil style heat management. This silicone bowl and nicely machined heat management device are a real game changer. I packed it with 10g, but it can hold much more. It lasted about an hour and a half and I pulled big clouds the whole time! To be honest, I only bought this for the HMD and wasn't really going to use the silicone bowl but I did.
