- We have designed this hookah meticulousy to ensure the connections are easy and stable! The quick-lock system helps you connect the stems with the hookah base tank easily and securely! You won't need to endlessly twist through screw threads. The hose adapter and plug fit perfectly in the hose port, eliminating the need for a hose grommet.
- This hand-made glass hookah base tank is approximately 5MM thick. The raw material we chose is a Crystal Glass rather than common glass. This glass base tank with not hold any odors, flavor or scratches after cleaning with a brush. The charcoal tongs and charcoal holder are made of stainless steel - super durable!

Great hookah but HORRIBLE PRODUCT TO TAKE APART!
Literally I've only used the hookah once since i received it on 10/30/24 and this thing to take it apart is HORRENDOUS. I slightly slightly put the stem together and barely tightened like we’re talking feather weight tightened and no that I’m trying to take it apart to put it back in the box it originally came with i can’t take it apart. The threading that it comes with to put the stem together is such horrible material that nothing wants to come apart. On top of that the metal piece that connects the hose to the hookah has no way of staying connected to the hookah so every time you try to grab the hose it gets disconnected from the hookah. I even tried putting a rubber grommet and i cant even make that work because their such tiny clearance between the part where the hose connects into to the piece that the hose is on. Wouldn’t recommend buying this was such a waste of money! Read more

Awesome hookah if not for one simple design flaw
This thing has amazing airflow and clouds like a champ. But unfortunately, the top portion where the bowl sits simply rests inside the stem. Gravity is literally the only thing keeping the bowl and tray attached to the hookah. This makes it impossible to remove the bowl from the hookah without removing the head piece and the tray along with it. I would give it 5 stars if the head piece just threaded or locked on making it more secure. You'll have to wait until your bowl is cool enough to mess with it or use some gloves so you don't risk knocking your coals over. I could easily say this is the best hookah I've owned if not for this one oversight. Read more

Great Item but need luck to receive one without damages or cracks!
Last year I ordered this item and received the glass base cracked. Unfortunately Amazon did not have another replacement to send me. A year later, I saw the item back in stock and ordered one. When I revived the item, base was shattered. Amazon sent me a replacement and the base was cracked again. I’m not sure if the manufacturer is sending these products defective or the packages are getting thrown around. I can say, my friend has one of these items and works very well. You need some luck to receive this item without any damages or cracks. Over all, I would recommend this product because I have used this same product at a friends house which works lovely. Read more
