I’ve had this hookah for two weeks and have used it eight times. There’s no assembly directions but it’s easy to figure out. Everything is pretty high quality and durable. It also works great with coconut coals and is much better than the normal aluminum foil coal setup. Everything is easy to clean... except for the base. I’m on the search for some kind of genius brush to help clean the inside. The light has actually been great and I didn’t really expect to love it. The design is modern and looks even better in person. One more added touch that I appreciate is the delineated water line because I never really know what I’m doing with a “normal” hookah lol. Overall, I love this hookah and it seems like it will hold up for a long time. P.s. I’m not easy to please Read more

I wanted this upgraded hookah so I bought two of them. I have three of the older model version and I love it. With the older model I bought a splitter so two people could smoke so naturally with the newer model I’m thinking that four people can smoke if I have a splitter. Epic Fail! The splitter does not seem to work and constantly pushes the splitter out. You literally have to hold it in place… ok so maybe I was being greedy. I stopped using the splitter. Then, we noticed it was extremely harder to pull with this newer version. Even if you’re smoking it by yourself or with a partner, it’s a hard pull. Now mind you, this is straight out the box. Literally sitting there with our heads about to explode trying to pull smoke.. ok, so I do some maneuvering, make sure everything is cleared with it add new tobacco, change the little ball inside the hookah but still hard to pull. Eventually, I brought out the older version. When I tell you it was such a relief to be able to use it with no issues! The splitter worked fine and the pull was smooth. I’m not sure what’s going on with the newer model but besides it being easier to clean it definitely did not live up to the hype for me! Ok, so update to my previous review… I’m changing my one star to 4 stars. So I found out why it’s hard to pull… with the older version, the spout where you put the tobacco has small holes. You’re not supposed to cover the holes. The tobacco goes around the holes. With the new spout, the hole is extremely big. So, even though it’s the same concept, tobacco can still get down in the silver tube making it hard to pull. I thought I was cleaning it well. The way you’ll get the tobacco out that fell in the hole is to run water through it and use the pointy side of the coal holders that they include in the package.. water will then flow effortlessly making for an easier pull. I’m thinking I’ll just use the older version of the the tobacco holder and put it on the newer version. It’ll save time on trying to clear that silver tube for 20 minutes. Hope this helps everybody! It’s true the light goes out as soon as you start to use it I had to buy another bowl for my sheesha cause the one it comes with burns up everything no matter what. Just go to your local shop and get a normal one this one isn’t it Read more
Strap in people we're going for a ride and lets have a sesh!! So I've been using it regularly since getting it I'm not unhappy with it but I'm not happy with it. I like that it lights up and everybody enjoys that gimmick. I like how easy it was to put together. I like that it's smaller and acrylic with a solid base so I can take outside and smoke around backyard fire. To those dropping the one half of the tube in the bottom, I have no idea how you did that or why. The bowl that comes with it is phenomenal and the heating unit is top notch. In fact it could be worth it alone just for those -- maybe. I think you can get combos of a similar pair for slightly cheaper. If you want to have a very very very low cost entry to try getting into hookah, I think this fits the bill. That's my happy review. Unhappy review.... your (your favorite God here expletive here)!!!!! what were you thinking with that very very very small hole. You can't get normal ice cubes down it, you can't clean it very well at all. I don't live in hot sunny desert to let it air dry in. I'm a New Englander with New Englander weather. I never get this thing truly dry. Now I've not had mold like others but it may because I clean it with soap every time due to the fact you can't get into to clean it well. My cleaning method is after use the next day. I usually smoke at night so don't clean till next day but I always clean next day. Remove all features from cube except smoke release valve (you don't want to lose that glass bead). Shake it as I empty the water. Fill with 100% hot water from tap with a drop of dish soap, fill 1/2 way, shake the hell out it for about 10 seconds. Shake as you empty into sink. Fill all the way with 80% hot water, take my homemade tool from metal coat hanger and a wrapped paper towel that will fit down hole and get to sides to clean up the "build" up. Empty while shaking. Fill again all the way till water is bubbling out of top with 100% hot water from tap. Shake while emptying back into sink. Repeat till no more soap bubbles. Air dry upside down and make sure you don't block main hole. Watch it never really dry except that one time I had bright sunny day. About 20 minutes time to clean. Now I've borrowed some ones glass one before I tried this. Cleanup was 5 minutes. In conclusion: It's alright. It was cheap, I had some free Amazon rewards to use up so I got it cheaper than it's selling. Am I still using it, yes. It's helping lower my tobacco cost per week as I've now swapped a cigar for a hookah. Cigars per session for me is about twice the cost. I smoke 1 to two times a week. It helped me learn to hookah and if I don't end up liking it long run I'm not out much. If I'm going to continue to hookah I'll probably buy their upgraded one. If you are into hookah already don't get this one. If you are new to hookah and want to learn on this one, well worth it. I can't give it 5 just to the engineering of the device and it's inability to clean well knocks it down to a 2 star. But the ease of everything else, the wonderful bowl and heating unit really made enjoying hookah on my own perfect compared to the foil/bowl on the one I borrowed. The entry into hookah this can bring is high depending. So I gave it a 3 cause I can't mark it a 4 but would really give a 3.5. My gut says in my case is was 4 for what I paid but if was paying full price I'd be very put off by the small hole for filling an cleaning so 3.5 it is. I'm still using it, it's still my only hookah and probably if I stick with it like I already said I'm going to buy the next model up. My gut tells me that thing will be a 5 star. I'd only recommend this unit if you are unsure you want to do hookah and don't want to invest heavily till you are sure. For that purpose go to town. Read more
