Here are a few tips so that your girafe works well: You need a small screwdriver to loosen the screw to open the cover to put 3 AAA batteries. Leave the neck alone: don't twist don't turn don't bend so it will continue to move its head when talking. Girafe has to be close to the sound source to work best. Wait a few seconds between sentences, if you don't wait long enough it will only capture the end of you sentence. It turns off automatically off (sounding 2 beeps) after a short moment of inactivity so you have to push that button again to turn it on (it will sound 1 beep). Hope this help! Read more
