It turns out there are many hopping bunny options out there. What sets this one apart from the others are the accessories and safety feature. The 7” bunny comes with a carrot the kids can pull apart and “feed” to the bunny. It also has a surprisingly high quality leash that I wouldn’t hesitate to use with my real Yorkie. Lol! Then there is a tiny screw and screw driver to lock the (two AA) battery compartment so the kids don’t wind up playing with the batteries instead of the bunny. The kids are going to need the leash, because this bunny can move! If your bunny doesn’t hop forward or wiggle its ears and nose, check that the batteries are fully charged. I love the sturdiness and durability of this toy. Little bunny can take multiple falls, hard hugs, and battery changes and keep going. My 3 and 6 year old girls are the perfect age to play with this kind of toy. The listing says it is good for ages 18 months and up. That seems reasonable if the batteries are sealed in. I’m happy with the price for the value on this little Easter bunny present, but there is a wide variation on pricing online. Look around. I got this to put in my toddler’s Easter basket this year, and I’m really excited to give it to her because I think she’s going to absolutely love it. It feels like a perfect little Easter gift—fun, engaging, and something that will actually get played with rather than just tossed aside after the holiday. One thing I really like is that it seems like the kind of toy that encourages a lot of hands-on play. My toddler tends to gravitate toward toys she can interact with repeatedly, and this definitely looks like it will be one of those items that gets a lot of use. The only downside for me so far is that it requires batteries. With a toy that will probably get used a lot, I would personally prefer if it were rechargeable instead. It’s not a dealbreaker, but rechargeable toys tend to be more convenient and a little less wasteful in the long run. This toy bunny is so cute and so much fun to play with. Insert the two AA batteries, switch it on, and you'll be impressed with the movements this bunny can do. It will hop, walk, flap its ears, twitch its nose and make noises, pleasant noises. It is actually fun for adults to watch the bunny go through it moves. Don't know how long the batteries would last, but it could give hours of enjoyment. This would make a great gift for a child. The bunny has a soft fur, but a hard interior frame. This little hopping rabbit is so cute. I got it for my toddlers Easter Basket. I can't wait to give it to him. It takes double A batteries, and they are not included. It does have a little screw driver and screw to lock the batteries in. That is a huge plus for safety when you are giving this to a toddler. The bunny comes with a leash, and carrot that velcros apart in the middle. It has an on and off switch on the bottom. It hops all around and makes a squeaking nose. Honestly, it is adorable. I ordered the Teotopoa Hopping Rabbit Plush Bunny Toy for one of my kids for this year's Easter basket, and I think they will be pretty pleased with it. It does hop and make little rabbit noises, which is neat. There is an adjustable leash with a clasp, a carrot that splits in two, and a tool to open the battery compartment. It requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included. The bunny is soft and appears of good quality. I did not notice any loose ends on any of the items in the package. Read more
Bought this rabbit toy for my daughter who is two. I am giving it four stars because she does absolutely love it.. unfortunately within a week of getting it that noise and batteries of it stopped working. I tried putting new batteries, but it still won’t turn back on… if I’m being honest though it’s not that big of a deal because the toy was very annoying lol thankfully my daughter still loves it even with it, not turning on and still plays with it almost daily!
