These were the perfect strength for me. I can't buy anything less than 10 mg personally. I have bought other "10 mg" melatonin pills off Amazon that I did not feel worked at all. These work! They helped me fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed in the morning. With other brands, sometimes I have to take 2x 10mg, but not these. Also these were one of the best priced for the quantity.
