I’ve been taking two of these collagen gummies every morning on an empty stomach, waiting about 10-15 minutes before eating, and I have to admit, I genuinely enjoy the taste! They are so delicious; it’s kind of hard NOT to eat more, lol. Over the course of about two months, I noticed a significant change – my once brittle fingernails were actually strong for the first time in my life! I felt a bit silly for not attributing this improvement to the gummies sooner, as I don’t take much else. A little tip: I pair these with liposomal vitamin C, and I recommend doing so as they work synergistically. While I initially focused on my nails and skin (which, swear to God y’all, has helped with my smile lines), I can’t speak for hair just yet.
