These are my favorite hair, skin and nails vitamins. You do have to take 3 a day, so a bottle lasts a little over a month. I don't think they have a taste. The tablets are kinda big & not chewable. I haven't noticed any stomach upset (and I have digestive issues). I have noticed my nails are stronger and grow quickly, my skin looks great (I use Pond's Skin care products too) . Well, well, well, look who's got the secret potion for luxurious hair and nails – the Hair Skin and Nails Vitamins! Even though I might be past my teenage glory days and firmly planted in the "mid-something-or-other" phase (let's not go there with the "O" word), these vitamins seem to work some kind of magic on my tresses and talons. I can practically hear my hair and nails singing praises for these vitamins – they've hit the jackpot with the growth game. I'm talking optimal growth, people! My hair is flourishing like it's attending its own growth party, and my nails are like, "Hold my champagne, we're getting longer!" But, of course, life can't be all sunshine and roses – my skin didn't get the memo about these vitamins' miraculous powers. No matter how many supplements and lotions I throw at it, my skin remains stubbornly dry and ashy. Seriously, it's like my skin is in a long-term relationship with its ashy nature, and nothing can break them apart. I've taken a solemn vow to swallow these vitamins religiously, along with a whole squad of multi-vitamins and other supplements, hoping for the holy trinity of hair, nails, and skin benefits. I was taking a different brand of the same thing that worked wonderfully and saved me from losing ALL my hair after I was dramatically losing hair after having Covid at the end of 2023. But they cost more than I want to include in my low monthly budget, which is disability. So I'm looking for a product with the same ingredients but a lot less expensive. That's when I seen this brand that's considerably lower in price.... Well I'm not sure they work as well as the brand I originally bought. And they have that strong vitamin smell! I mean they smell really strong of just plain vitamins. To the point of turning my stomach 😩 and my hair is still coming out some..the other expensive brand completely stopped my hair from falling out and doesn't have that awful vitamin smell or taste. In fact they come in a gummy form and tasted good and worked even greater! If I can't find a comparable brand to the brand I've mentioned that works so well and cost less I may be forced to go back to the more expensive brand again. Because I guess you get what you pay for! I was experiencing far from normal hair loss due to stress and medications. I realized maybe I could be experiencing a vitamin deficiency above and beyond the normal vitamins I take daily. Within about 2 weeks of taking these 2x daily, my hair loss is next to none! I always shed a somewhat normal amount as I have thick Asian hair but these vitamins even improved that!
