Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition - PS5

I played through several rounds of Zero Dawn and was late getting into Forbidden West. Was so easy to jump right in and enjoy this new experience. The game looks stunning and the gameplay makes it easy to get distracted and just explore the world. When a game can make me voluntarily burn hours doing absolutely nothing but exploring, then it’s obviously doing something right with how immersive it is. Love this series. Read more

This is a game review, the delivery and packaging were standard service and do not factor into this review. I am glad that I waited to get this when PlayStations State of Play was going on. For $40 I got the base game and the dlc included on the disc, no messing with codes unless you want the art book and original soundtrack. You also get access to some weapons and outfits in your stash. The gameplay here is, so far, more engaging than the first game. This may differ for some people, but I'm enjoying the quality of life improvements like smoother traversal on ledges. All in all, I am enjoying my time with this game and am at 25hours currently. I will be back with an update, but so far im having fun. Read more
