Why did you pick this product vs others?: We’ve started making our own Shokupan every weekend, and this bread knife has made slicing it so easy. Once the bread is fully cooled, it cuts clean, even slices—just like store-bought! The knife feels durable and well-made, and it even comes with a nice protective cover and box, which we use to store it and keep it sharp.
