Amazing Pot!!
I love this pot. I highly recommend getting it for a dorm if you love cooking. It is efficient with cooking in many ways. I have made many pasta dishes in this pot and it can really on make 1-2 servings of food at a time. It does not take long for the pot to heat up when on max setting. It has a steamer basket so in theory you can save time steaming and cooking something in the same pot. I would like to highlight that it is handwash only because it cannot be submerged in water because it is a plug in.. I have never had an issue with this pot and it definitely worth the investment. Waste of money and time
The media could not be loaded. I was so looking forward to using this product I thought this would be so perfect to have in my dorm. So I brought it and tested it out on cooking various things. First I steamed dumplings, which every time I opened the lid to check the consistency of the dumplings the cooking light turned off! It would come back on in a couple of seconds when steaming. Next I tested making bacon in the bottom of it and this was the worst experience. It would turn on and start cooking my bacon for about a minute then just turn off mid-cooking. It would turn back on again for a short period of time then turn back off for MINUTES. So I told amazon that this product is faulty and I needed to exchange it for a new one. The new one comes and I use the bacon test on it again. SAME. ISSUE. Unless you want to spend a whole 30 mins cooking 3 slices of bacon DO NOT BUY THIS. As you can see in the video attached the light turns on for only less than 30 seconds and shuts off for minutes. A perk? Didn’t Last Very Long
I bought this pot in May of this year and it fizzled out on me. It started to turn itself off intermittently for longer periods of time until it just stopped working. Not a good investment. UPDATE: Very good customer service! Added stars for that. Read more
