This has been one of my favorite curling irons as it is the perfect size barrel but full but still bouncy and loose curls, this does not burn or pull your hair at all and is very easy to travel with or store! Read more
Great product with great product support
I purchased this iron in 2023 and it is a great one with all the right features. However, in 2025 it kept turning off probably due to a faulty wire. I figured I was on my own since it had been almost 2 years since I purchased it. Well, I decided to contact the company and was surprised that agreed to replace it without any fuss. After sending some pictures and a few emails they shipped me a new one Fed Ex. Within one week I had a new one and it works perfectly. Apparently, it has a 7year limited warranty! Read more
