We ordered these HotHands Rechargeable Hand Warmers for camping, and they worked exactly as hoped. They’re easy to charge, simple to turn on, and very intuitive to use. The warmers heat up quickly, which is especially nice when temperatures drop and you don’t want to wait around. They are about the size of a deck of cards (maybe a little less) and portable. The battery seems to last several hours...one was about 6 hours, the other was 10 hours. The three heat levels are genuinely useful. Level 3 gets very hot—to the point where I needed a layer of clothing between the warmer and my skin to stay comfortable, which is a good problem to have in cold conditions. After returning another set from a different brand I was very skeptical about getting these rechargeable hand warmers. I’m glad I went ahead and ordered them. I was in a windy area. Temperatures were low enough for my fingers to be uncomfortably cold. I figured that was the best time to test these hand warmers. Man! I’m glad I got them. At first I thought I would need to set them in high…I was wrong. Ended up lowering the setting all the way down and still felt warm enough to not even notice how long I was using them.
