I upgraded recently to an Iqunix MQ80 keyboard and it's wonderful. Juuuust a bit too low profile for me though. At the bottom (base) height these risers add just a few more millimeters and make it comfier. They attach easily with sticker pads and as a bonus they can be placed well on the back of the keyboard with it's angular cut outs in the aluminum. I've been using them for several weeks now with no problems. If your truly toting around a low profile keyboard place to place maybe not, but I only use my keyboard with my desktop. These things work great for elevating a 17 inch laptop! You can adjust the height to the level you need to help your vision and, very importantly, allow your laptop to be able to circulate air up through the intake vents so that the processing internals can stay cool. Remember 1) when you receive them they are both extended all the way out, 2) be CERTAIN to apply the legs so you can easily slide off the feet if you want and 3) apply the lifts by HOLDING them in place and pressing down for a few seconds. Holding them in place will help them stick better. Be aware that since the "feet" are on the upside of the laptop you must be careful when you have the screen open/up. Why you ask? The weight of the screen "can" cause the laptop to want to tilt over. This IS NOT a big problem--just be aware that it can happen. Also, the rubber on the feet holds the laptop in place so that it will not slip around on top of your desk or other smooth surface. When you are adjusting them don't be afraid to "twist" them up/down. But as you are turning them you should gently press down on the foot which will make the adjustment MUCH smoother/easier. I have a keyboard that I really love, but it unfortunately had feet that broke after a few years. I couldn't get replacements from the manufacturer so I went looking for options. I purchased these hoping they would work out and boy did they. I've had them for about a year now and I couldn't be happier. They are sturdy and have held up to my rough handling. Way too tall for a 75% keyboard. I wanted to love these. The construction is simple and works as it should. Adjustable height but even at its lowest it angled my keyboard way to much. A total waste of $10 on my end. Read more
