So far I like it a lot, but i will offer a word of caution: it doesn't take standard 4mm bits, at least not easily. I picked up a set of Tekton standard 4mm bits hoping to add a PH2 bit to this set, but they don't fit in the tool. Love this thing zipped ny PS5 apart fast and I used the HOTO compressed air capsule to clean it love them both this set is so handy any pry tool you need and bit you need the thing has crazy power to be so small comes in a lovely case very premium feel also a magnet mat highly recommended this if you are working on electronics alot. I’ve tested this precision kit across a few small electronics projects, and while it has several strong points, the electric screwdriver is its weakest component. Performance & Power I own other HOTO electric drivers, so I immediately noticed that this model is significantly less powerful. It works fine for light tasks, but anything with moderate resistance requires manually loosening the screw first. For example, when shucking a hard drive, the driver handled the easy screws well, but struggled with the tighter ones. For delicate electronics work it’s adequate, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything more demanding. Included Tools & Usability The accessories are one of the highlights. The pry tools are excellent and feel well-designed, and I love the sleeve they slot into it keeps everything organized and easy to access. The bit selection is decent, though I’d love to see a wider range included. The bits sit a little loosely in the case, but not enough to cause issues during transport. One small annoyance: the case only opens to about 130 degrees and never lays fully flat. It’s not a major flaw, but if you work on a cluttered desk, the limited opening angle is noticeable. Battery Life & Charging Battery life has been impressive so far. I’ve put roughly three hours of project time on it, and it’s still running strong. The in-case charging dock is one of my favorite design elements it’s clean, modern, and keeps the tools neatly stored. Value At around $60, I’d consider this good value compared to similar precision kits from brands like Fanttik. The accessory quality and organization are excellent, and the overall presentation feels premium. If HOTO improves the torque on the electric driver and expands the bit selection, this could easily be one of the best precision kits in its price range. Bottom Line A well-designed, convenient kit with fantastic accessories and strong battery life. Just be aware that the electric driver is best suited for light, low-resistance tasks. Read more
