This is the perfect, lightweight shrug to wear over just about any outfit. I love the versatility of it. It goes well with a dress or dressed-down with jeans. The shrug will only cover arms and shoulders and is not a full-length cardigan but was perfect to keep me warm on a cool night without having to carry around a large, heavy sweater.
