It’s good!
I love the equipment. I feel the tension and it seems to be working well. Only thing is when I put my hands on the inner bar the outer bar presses uncomfortably into my lower arms, particularly my veins. Otherwise, I’m looking forward to long term results. Read more
Hard for short people but otherwise as advertised
I have had this for four days now & I have used this for three days. I do really like how simple it is to put together it comes in three pieces that are button press click together with two different settings for length and one thing I have noticed is that if it is shorter it does add a lot more resistance then if it is longer. It is very small & compact when it is apart & at five two and a half feet tall some of the exercises I do have to have it shorter for just so I can reach however, it is very useful & very portable. (I have gotten quite a lot of use out of it.) I have taken it with me to work as when it's broken down it fits in my backpack with all my tools & snaps together in seconds. even just chilling while I'm watching TV & found myself using it a lot especially for my upper back i got it to help improve my posture. It has been 3 days I will have to update as I go along especially as my posture improves as well as my leg strength. you can use it for your arms and as I get stronger I will update. Really impressed is as advertised just wish it was for more short people though a higher resistance level may just be what I need but in the meantime that's what the four stars is for so hope this helps Read more
