Easy workout
Getting up in age and being extremely busy I definitely do not have the drive or energy to go to a gym. Also don’t have the space for large workout items. This little thing is perfect for me and easy to use. Within a few weeks I already feel and see results. It is made really well with soft cushion grips and the resistance is easily adjustable between the 2 settings. Just wish they would have gave a little direction on how to use it but with a quick google search I found several videos with different workout routines. Already have recommended this to several friends and relatives. Read more

Effective Strength Builder
Well built exerciser will really give you a workout! Caution-be ready to exert some serious strength to use this thing. I am older and haven’t built muscle in a couple of decades so it took me a couple of weeks of dumbbell work on the arms and back muscles before I could effectively bend this device. Who knew a tic toc influencer could be so right?
Hubby was influenced by tic toc and asked me to order this for him. For years he's worked out on his weight bench several times a week, but this little gadget seems to work his muscles differently than his weight machine does. He likes that it's portable enough that he can take it to work with him if he's running late.
