Save your money!! Yes it looks like a super nice scooter & it would be if it actually worked! Charger remained green when plugged in, still won’t power up or turn on. It was a bday gift for my son & we were super disappointed. I can’t get over how these people are still in business. EDIT : my older son used a butter knife to move the wires around inside bcuz they were all bunched up. The charger is now lighting up red. Hoping this works & it charges and comes on. Will keep you all posted. I hope it works and if so you all should give it a try. EDIT: IT WORKED!! After moving the wires around, we plugged it in & it charged. The scooter now works so well. It’s fast & smooth. The lights are a bonus for riding at night. So glad we figured it out and got it working because my family LOVES it! Read more

Would give no stars if I could . Ordered for my nephew for Christmas . He opened it and was so so excited . Went to use it and it doesn’t work . Who ever the third party place is that’s selling these are straight up scamming people . I made the mistake of not checking reviews first and wish I had . Most of them say the same thing ! The electric part of the scooter doesn’t work . Won’t charge. Oh and wanna know the best part ? When you call they tell you tough luck and won’t replace it ! Read more

DO NOT BUY! Would not charge or turn on. Unboxed it and tried to turn it on. Power button didn’t work. Tried charging it… won’t charge. I figured maybe it was defective. Ordered a second on. SAME EXACT ISSUE W/THE SECOND ONE! Tried calling customer service multiple times over a period on a week. Only got a recording telling me to go to the website. Went to the Hover-1 website. Decided to look at reviews. Most of the reviews mirrored my situation w/no power and poor customer service. Awful experience…. Returned both scooters. It’s a shame they wouldn’t even turn on. It was compact and light. Seems like it was built well. But that’s useless if it won’t turn on! Read more

The media could not be loaded. ordered 2 last christmas, and here i am again wondering if i should buy again from this vendor. They obviously didnt last. from the beginning they appeared to be the same, but there a few similarities. I thought they would be the exact same considering i ordered the same one and just added it to my cast twice! the tires are locking up, and the charger and charge isnt good. On of the scooters the wires begun to smoke so we dont even utilize it anymore. a will ago i see this was on sale for a 106, i was going to go ahead and buy them again bc they we much more the first time. 1 day after black friday i check back, and now they are 210. Like others have reported, I'm on my third scooter of this type trying to get one that will come on. The charger immediately has a green light. I hold down the power button but nothing. This is so frustrating. The price would be nice but sadly these scooters simply don't work. Read more
