This z6 model is a great upgrade vs our previous basic e scooter. The motor is much much more powerful from the moment it starts to run. The 20 (or 21) miles per hour speed in mode 2 is amazing, much faster than the entry level ones. The P , 1 and 2 modes are new so it's a bit tricky to learn. The display lags a little so you don't actually have to wait for it to switch to 1 to "start moving". The middle basket is the best add on. The basket size is large enough to fit a normal backpack; and the pedals keep the feet comfortable even with the basket in the middle. Also the plastic phone stand is well designed and easy to use. Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. Box was fairly large and heavy but i was able to move myself into the house with no issue, I’d recommend possibly having two people to move safely. Bike was padded and packaged very well, it went together easily and unpacking and assembly took about 10 minutes total. Bike comes with minimal charge at the beginning so being super excited we all took it out to test asap. The ride was smooth, the seat very comfortable and it easily will operate with a grown man up to about 230 lbs on it. It comes with a cute bell which my son loves and after finally charging it we had this last for about 4 days of off and on use of going around the block with our dogs before having to recharge. The bike folds down nicely which is nice for when not in use as it won’t take up much space. I highly recommend this as it’s fun, quiet, easy to operate and perfect for the whole family. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the past two months of SNAFUs. I received the scooter in a box shortly after I bought it. I was easy to put together and get it up and running. The only problem was that it didn't seem to charge the battery. The next day I emailed Hoverfly as indicated in some of the paperwork. Got an email from GOTRAX, which I think is their support service. Chatted back and forth with a person named Kayla. She said that there were no batteries in the warehouse and it would be a month until they got any in. Long story short, she kept in touch so I knew what all was happening and all of a sudden there was a new battery delivered on the door step. Only took a little time to change them out and now everything seems to be working as it is supposed to. Only have put on 13 miles today but everything seems as it was supposed to in the begining. I love the ability to get to the local stores and run my usual errands. Parking is easiest! Read more

It has two speeds and is very capable even when climbing hills, which is one of the best in its class. I rode ten miles today and still had four bars left on the battery, which proves its long range.
