There is no indication whether this seller's items are new or used until your final click for payment. The listing says nothing of the item being 'used'. Be wary of buying from this seller if you are expecting the products to be 'new'. I received a dust-filled box taped shut with 'genuine' tape. (that's right, the tape said 'genuine' on it) with the device freely bouncing around inside.
