I LOVE HP keyboards compared to like well all of the other brands lol, keys stick out a lil farther than a normal HP keyboard im used to, almost like a mechanical keyboard but isnt, but just the perfect one i needed, highly recommend if you want a new keyboard, HP makes great ones. I love it. only small issue is that the spacebar is a lil longer than what im used to, i would use my thumb my left one to reach for the alt key but its a lil stretch to reach for it considering how long the spacebar is. I was so glad to be able to buy another one of these. I'm an old-school typist and tend to pound the keyboard as if I were playing the piano. Cannot stand the flat unresponsive Chiclet-style keys, but my hands were getting worn out from too much pounding on the tougher older keyboards. A few years ago I found this one on a job where I was a contractor, and I promptly bought one for myself at home. It got buried in the closet, but when my last Keytronics board died, I was able to find this one. I recently bought another one for a spare or to hook up to my tablet. Maybe the most important thing about this keyboard is that it cures you of your pounding habits. You can tell it does not like to have its keys pounded. I imagine you would ruin it in a short time if you kept doing that. So I'm learning to lighten up my touch, and I'm getting that bounceback that I seem to need for my keyboards. Spend the extra money and purchase this keyboard. I bought another cheap keyboard that rocked when I typed and within two months had to be replaced. This HP keyboard is a lot heavier and better quality. So far I've very happy with this purchase. Read more

The keyboard is fine, i liked it, its exactly what i wanted in the keyboard, simple, basic, fully operational, discrete (i don't like bright obnoxious LOUD keyboards) this was perfect.. except.. i dropped 1 drop of condensation off a glass into the keys on accident and now like 6 of the keys don't work half the time, i even tried opening and cleaning it and that seems to have only made it worse.. ive only had the thing for like a month and i am already trying to replace it .. i had my last HP keyboard for 18 YEARS.. and id still use it if it wasn't so filthy and needed 2 adapters to plug in now.. this new one lasted a month before issues.. not sure if ill just get the same one and be more careful or try another brand.. its a tough choice cause otherwise i was perfectly happy with it Read more
