Bought these so me and my fiance could use the resistance bands at the same time since we used different weights. The build and quality is excellent and they're a little more heavy duty than the ones that came with the bands. I'm sure they could withstand quite a but of tension but we're not at the point yet. I want to buy a second pair so neither of use has to use the generic ones. Overall I'm extremely happy with their build, quality, and comfort in use. I bought these exercise handles to replace the one on my Total Gym because the rubber grip on one of the handles had split and was uncomfortable.
