The design is spot-on for targeting arms, chest, and even incorporating into yoga flows or muscle training. I’ve used the green one (lighter resistance) for warm-ups and the red (heavier) for building strength, and they’ve held up beautifully without any signs of wear. Plus, the sustainability features are a nice bonus—knowing they’re eco-friendly makes me feel good about the purchase. They’re compact and easy to store or travel with, ideal for my small apartment setup. Read more
I really like these cables, except for the handles. For me, the resistance levels are just right, both ideally spaced in resistance over the three tubess, but in absolute resistance for each individual tube. Some might believe the lightest is too light, but find it just right for a multi-rep warm up, as well as being just the right resistance for rehabilitation of shoulders and elbows. The greatest weight may be a bit great for some, especially women who haven't trained in a while, but it is something for to grow into, beginning with a 3-5rep, single set. For men with a good background of weight training, or just jobs that provide it as part of one's employment, this can be an excellent warm up. For many, its will be the perfect training resistance. Even if you only use one, the cost is comparable to a single resistance cable from most other suppliers. Because I have a history of elbow and rotator cuff injuries, I find I use all three in a graduated fashion on most days, but there are times I only use the lightest one when either my elbow or shoulder is complaining that day. My only complaint, and the only reason I don't give these five stars, is the handles which I find too pliable. Especially for the two with greater resistance. There are work arounds for this, everywhere from wrapping them with grip tape to cutting a section of PVC pipe, slotting it to fit over the tubing, and then wrapping it for grip and security. I find the trouble worth it given the already excellent value they provide, but I don't believe that such "hacks" should be necessary. Put better handles on these and they are definitely a 5 start product with respect to performance relative to price. Read more

Nice bands, handles are a little uncomfortable while exercising but they are better made some other brands which tore after just a few uses. Read more
