A good little whisk
Spending most of my working life in commercial food preparation and cooking, a good whisk is a great thing. Since I now only cook for myself, a regular size whisk did okay, but not as well as I'd like and I had to use a larger diameter bowl. I saw this and order it. It arrived on time, was packaged well and in pristine condition. I washed it and liked the firmness of the whisk wires as well as the overall feel of the whisk. I then tried it out on a single egg 'souffle' and was impressed. It gave rapid homogenizing to the egg/milk mixture in very short time and I could use a more appropriately sized bowl. The yolk of the egg was unbroken when I began whisking, and as I said, in little time, I had a perfectly blended egg. I'd give this whisk a five star rating but I almost never give anything five stars. This deserves at least a 4.8 from me though. I feel certain you'll be as satisfied with this product as I am. Small twist
I had the tiny whisks. Over time these showed their minimal quality. This new small whisk is twice as wide but still fits a coffee mug or glass which is what I got it for. Mixes nicely with a twist action rather than a stir. Read more

It works.
I bought this little whisk to replace my electric frother that stopped working. It works. Stirs my MCT and Colostrum into my cold brew coffee just as well and I don’t have to keep replacing batteries and waiting for it to die. Read more
