It was nice to have all the pieces laid out in the beginning of the instruction booklet as reference. The instructions along with the pictures were great. The pieces all fit together correctly and without any issues. The extra part baggie came in handy as we needed 1 foam piece that must have fallen out somewhere along the way. It took us about 2 hours from start to finish to put the desk together (I had all the parts previously laid out). The quality is good, and the electronic lift is quiet. Works great! Read more

The top comes in two pieces, so be aware you will have a seam in the middle. The keyboard drawer is great to have, but not near big enough. It’s fine length wise but the height is so short. You can’t have too tall of a keyboard and won’t be able to type while it’s pushed in at all. Very nice looking desk and seems like quality materials. Very quiet motor!! That was the biggest and nicest surprise. Super easy step by step directions. Put it together in about 1 hr. Great easy height adjustment and nice little extras like cord organizer in the back and a little hideaway cage for a power strip to keep things tucked away and organized. Great value for the money. My table top did have a deep groove/flaw in it, (I do not think this was done in shipping because it was packed carefully) which is annoying…but I needed it put together immediately, so I’ve just left it. This desk is great! Building it wasn't too much of a hassle. The package is heavy and there are a lot of parts, but it's worth it. The standing feature is great and smooth. Great value for money and functionality. I have enough room for 2 monitors, a laptop, and some paper to write on. The keyboard extension makes it so the angle of my eyes to the monitor and the angle of my arms to type does not cause unnecessary stress on the body. Read more

This is a great desk for less than $100. The instructions were well written and illustrated. Took my husband and I about 1.5 hours to assemble, including hauling it upstairs in pieces. The box is heavy. The cord management is well thought out. The desk goes up and down smoothly. I did remove the padded bumper on the keyboard tray to have more room. It came right off and the little bit of glue left was easy to clean off. I bought this for a temporary apartment, and may buy another when I get home. Read more

Great desk and easy to put together. I have an ultrawide monitor connected to it and it looks great. I thought that with the added weight of my ultra wide monitor it would struggle lifting and lowering, but it handles the added weight of my utra wide really well. Overall I am happy with this desk. It has all the features I wanted at the price-point I budgeted for. It is the right size and fits the footprint I had. It seems made well except it should come with three brackets to secure the two pieces of the desktop. I wanted a keyboard tray because it's much more comfortable for me - and the desk is curved to fit comfortably to the body. it was very easy to assemble, with clear instructions. BUT (and there's always a 'but') the keyboard tray was missing a track - it comes preassembled. I called customer service and clearly explained what I needed and was told they will send another preassembled keyboard tray. When the keyboard tray arrived, it had NO tracks and no wrist rest. This time I emailed pictures of exactly what I needed. The SECOND keyboard tray was the same. The third time (TODAY) they sent the two arms that hold the keyboard trays in place with the receiving tracks - still not the track that is supposed to attach to the keyboard tray. I was told that I had to wait longer to get this (wrong) piece because of warehouse inventory issues. The CSR's were cordial, but Quality Assurance is non-existent! I would have given this desk five stars but after three failed customer service attempts, and I still can't use the feature of the desk for which I bought it, I have a hard time recommending it to anyone.
