These are the best option I've come across for collegan supplements. You take 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal for better consumption, but I have taken without and I am completely fine. Easy to take and swallow. I wish they didn’t require 3 separate doses. I’ve been using them for about 2 months now. I don’t think I see any noticeable difference (yet).
