I ordered these for my daughter in August 2022. She wore them frequently, but just normal wear in a city setting. By March 2023 they looked like this--completely cracked and unusable. She's had Hunters before and they've lasted years, but there was obviously an issue with this pair. Legend Footwear's customer service rep was responsive and apologetic but the company refused to replace them. Their take: the boots weren't damaged upon arrival (they looked fine when we opened the box), the Amazon return window had closed, and the 6-month "Consumer rights" repair/replacement window had also closed (barely!) so the company is not obligated to do anything. They also said they contacted Hunter, which declined to make good on the 2-year product warranty outlined on its own website. Quality rain boots simply shouldn't wear out that fast, and I'm truly disappointed in the response from Hunter brand and Legend Footwear. DO NOT BUY! Read more

I ordered a glossy boot and received a matte pair. The fit works well, however, I would have ordered and paid for a matte if that was what I wanted. Seller should be more cognizant prior to filling orders. Read more
