Bought the product on 01/15 and received the desk on 01/19. The packaging was really rough but everything seemed to be ok, until we got to the end and realized that the box was missing the 29v 2 prong power adapter that allows the desk to raise and lower. But I was able to reach out to their customer service and as of today 02/06 we received the adapter and everything works great! Assembly was very easy and straightforward. I’m giving this a 5 star because customer support was super helpful and got the adapter to us fairly quickly. The desk itself is great. Read more

Pleaseantly surprised. The desk looks and works as described. There is plenty of room for my laptop, docking station, two larger monitors, laser printer, label printer, and scanner. What more does an office need!? The height adjustability is awesome, and works well! The price is right! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Spacious and sturdy table. Lifts up high enough so that I can stand while working. Was a bit concerned when I read reviews about the motor being weak and can't lift much weight, they probably upgraded the motor cuz my table lifts all my stuff just fine. Read more

*Edit* The desk was easy to set up and get going initially. The desk had been working great until the other day review on one of a desk we got from Amazon it’s one of those rising desks L shaped one of the legs is not rising at all. I thought initially it was a bad tension rod and tried to to manually lower the desk to lowest level setting and one one of the legs decided to get stuck in the lowest setting. Now I get to try out the customer service as I do not want to disassemble if possible. I have to edit this review as customer service is none existent. I tried to contact them via email on the 6th and have not herd back sense so I am going with Flexispot. Read more

I usually do not write reviews but I felt inclined to. The desk looks great but it came with extra screws of a size I didn’t need and not enough of other ones I needed. Also, when tightening the screws as instructed, it went through the wood and created holes on the topside of the desk itself, ultimately cracking the black paint and not professional looking anymore.
