Thin but very soft and stretchy. I am in the beginning of my third trimester. 36B 5’2” 175-180lbs. I was looking for a comfortable fitted shirt. I got Medium and found them to be perfect. Size up for looser fit. Hugs my belly but does not feel tight. They did come very wrinkled in the mail. Use low setting and turn inside out because they did mark really easily with the iron.
